To be approved as a practitioner account with Raintree Nutrition, you must actually be engaged as a practitioner of the healing arts and seeing patients/clients. Practitioner types include medical doctors, nurses, naturopaths, naturopathic physicians, chiropractors, oriental medical doctors, accupuncturists, nutritionists, herbalists, and similiar health professions requiring licensure, registration, or certification. With an approved practitioner account, you may purchase all Raintree products shown on our website at standard wholesale prices.
Opening a New Account
To open an account, the first step is to print out the PDF Practitioner Account Application Form here. If you have a problem downloading pdf files, please call us at (800) 780-5902 and we'll be happy to fax you an application form. Fill out the form and fax it back to us along with a copy of your professional practitioner license or certification. We must have both the application and practitioner certification document in our files prior to approving the practitioner account.
Once we have reviewed and approved your practitioner application, we will send you a practitioner's package by regular mail (which will include all brochures, practitioner/wholesale price lists, order forms, etc.). We will also confirm your approved account immediately with an email and provide you access to immediate online wholesale ordering. Please make sure your email address is accurate on the application form, so we can create your online account as well as confirm all future orders and shipments with tracking numbers for your convenience.

Our practitioner terms are simple and straight forward:
- There is no order minimum.
- Actual USPS Priority Mail shipping charges are charged and provided at the time of ordering.
- Additional price discounts available based on the quantity ordered.
- Pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), by COD (additional fees charged at cost), or mail us a check with your completed order form.
- We will drop-ship orders directly to your patients for an additional $5.00 per shipment fee.
The majority of Raintree's product sales are to licensed, certified and/or registered health-care practitioners. However, we do offer three different product lines. The first is our professional practitoner-only products featured below that require an approved practitioner account to order. The second is a line of retail products which are sold to health food and retail stores. These retail products are shown on the Wholesale Page. The third is our line of bulk rainforest botanicals sold in one pound packages. A list of the available plants (with retail prices) can be found here.
With an approved practitioner account, you may purchase any product in all three product lines featured on our website at wholesale prices.
Please note: we also offer all our products for purchase on the Raintree website. With over 70 products in total, many practitioners cannot stock all of our products in their offices and have requested the ability to simply refer their clients to our web site for formulas they may not stock. However, your clients will always be able to obtain our products through you for less money (without shipping and handling charges). The professional practitioner-products detailed below are only sold by practitioners to their patients in an office setting.
Even if you are a practitioner with an approved practitioner account, you are prohibited from advertising these professional products to the general public on a website. These formulas should only be sold to patients or clients that you see in your office and deem are suitable for your clients on a case-by-case basis. This also protects our our practitioners customers by not allowing retail sales and discount price wars on the internet for these professional products. Your clients will not find them sold at a lower price than you can offer them.
